Arrange Items Back into Your Cabinets
Once you’re done decluttering, organize the contents of your kitchen cabinets. At its basic level, this means arranging everything in a way that is convenient to you and your family. You should have specific places for your food, appliances and kitchen tools. Make regularly used items as accessible as possible. Use kitchen cabinet organizers that separate by type of item. Place Items Where You Use Them and Separate Food from the Rest
Place everything you use for cooking close to the stove. Put your spices in a cabinet that’s close to the stove. If you want your kids to get their snacks or dishes, place them in cabinets that they can reach. Keep food items in cabinets separate from anything else. For instance, store food to the left, tableware to the right, or food in the upper cabinets and everything else in the lower ones.
